Delivery charge
Delivery is ৳60 in Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Product orders of ৳1,990 or more receive free delivery.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing is confirmed with the order. Timing can vary according to location, product availability and order handling.
Order confirmation
Keep your phone available after placing an order so product availability, delivery details and dispatch can be confirmed.
Address accuracy
Use a complete delivery address and select the correct district so the Dhaka or outside-Dhaka delivery charge is calculated correctly.
Premium Delivery
Kinbo Premium Delivery costs ৳1,990 for 1 year and gives the account holder free delivery on eligible product orders of ৳500 or more.
