Physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage, tampering or unauthorized repair may not be covered.
Keep the Kinbo order/invoice and original product packaging for warranty support.
Return & Refund
Return, replacement or refund eligibility depends on the product condition, reported issue and applicable supplier terms. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact Kinbo promptly with the order number and product details. Please keep the original box, accessories, labels and invoice.
